Group Sound Therapy Sessions are immersive sound bath gatherings where you can rest, receive, and remember what it feels like to exhale fully-alongside others who are craving the same thing. You simply lie down or sit comfortably while waves of soothing sound move through the space.

As a certified sound healer and nurse, we choose instruments that invite relaxation rather than overwhelm: crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drum, soft percussion, and voice. The tones layer and shift, helping your brain slide from "go mode" into calmer states where the body can repair and the mind can quiet.

You might notice tingling, a sensation of floating, or the gentle release of emotions that have been held in your chest or throat. Some people drift toward sleep; others remain awake but deeply calm. There is no right way to experience a sound bath. Your only job is to be comfortable and let the vibrations do the work.

Practicing in community adds a unique medicine of its own. Sharing the space with others-without needing to talk or perform-can ease feelings of isolation, especially for caregivers, healthcare workers, or those moving through grief or life transitions. Many participants leave feeling both grounded in their own body and quietly connected to those around them.

We open and close each session with a few minutes of guided grounding and gentle reflection so you're not just dropped back into your day. You'll also receive simple ideas for bringing small moments of sound-based calm into your daily routines at home.
